Hypnotherapy & NLP Sessions
We offer one to one hypnotherapy and NLP sessions helping to treat a wide range of emotional issues, such as anxiety, stress, phobia or addiction that are having a negative effect on your everyday life. For many people, medication is not a viable option so these sessions provide an alternative way to find relief from the symptoms.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy helps you to deeply relax and works with your subconscious mind to change your thought process or feelings towards a certain area in your life.
What is NLP?
NLP or ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming’ is a way of understanding how and why people think, feel, speak and behave the way they do. NLP techniques support you in ‘re-programming’ your thoughts or to think differently about certain situations and therefore achieve different results.
When hypnotherapy and NLP are used together and applied directly to your specific issues, you start to see and feel results in as little as 3 sessions.
Hypnotherapy and NLP are used most commonly to effectively treat the following areas:

What happens in a Hypnotherapy Session?
Most people find 2-3 sessions are enough to deal with their issue and to start to see positive changes, however, everyone is different so more or less sessions may be needed.
Your first session gives you the opportunity to talk about your specific issue and ask any questions you may have about hypnotherapy and the process. You are then helped into hypnosis whilst recording the session and, following this you listen to the recording at least once a day until your 2nd session.
The 2nd session is where the work is done! Using NLP we work with you to let go of the problem and focus on the positive outcomes you’re looking for.
Subsequent sessions are not always necessary so any follow up sessions will be tailored to meet your needs.
