The Workshop
Running on Saturday 28th April from 10am until 4.30pm the De-Stress workshop gives you tools and techniques to effectively manage your own stress levels.  Helping you recognise your stress triggers and providing you with ways to eliminate these - putting you back in control.

It's not only how we think that can effect our stress levels though, the way we eat can have an impact on the way we feel and this workshop combines techniques for both.  Jane Rose-Land, Nutritionist with a degree in Nutritional Medicine, shows you how to eat for energy and how to avoid foods that can actually trigger your stress-response.
